I purchased a ABI static caravan two years ago from Lloyds and from before I bought the caravan the sales personnel were brilliant, but the after service from customer support has been superb. The first year the caravan had a few minor problems and Lloyds and ABI dealt with each concern very professionally. I have just discovered water ingress into the van from the roof and although the van is now out of warranty Lloyds have once again shown that the customer comes first agreeing to repair the water ingress concern into the caravan, and to replace the inner wall boards that have water damage on them.
