My exhaust was dangling off my car and I drove to the centre in a panic after finding it on google. The staff were willing to help me within an hour, removed the part of my car that was hanging down, and then were kind enough to not charge me for it (I was visiting the area so unfortunately couldn't stay waiting for a new part).
