Appointments got cancelled 3 times! Rang up one day to tell me that Ive been struck off because Ive missed 2 appointments..? Never knew I had these appointments.
Abysmal... four referrals from our orthodontist to urgently extract my sons tooth ,none acted on or faced with stupid lame excuses . Last appointment 23/1/18 no record of it though we had the letter in black and white , another waste of time . Disgraceful
Appalling practice, dental appointments cancelled and then taking you off the register without informing. When advised why "you have missed to many appointments" nope you cancelled as you had no dentists. 15 years at this practice!! Bring back Elwy dental practice.
Seems to be very badly organised. Appointments constantly being delayed or cancelled. Hung on the phone recently for 20 minutes before it was answered, all this time being told I was no. 1 in the queue. Unbelievable.
