I ordered a leather Identity bracelet for my husband for Xmas . The bracelet is beautiful and the engraving has really set it off , I am so pleased with the quality of the bracelet and engraving highly recommended company a pleasure to deal with , and the item came very quickly .
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Ended up continually passing emails with the so called director (James) who although fully aware of the mistake made on the engraved medical band ordered continued to claim his innocence!Look into this company who operate in premises above a hairdresser and next to a kebab shop. (says it all) I suppose its easy to be wise after you have been taken to the cleaners !!!!!!!!!!!!
